By creating an account or using Almanac (the "Service"), operated by Almanac LLC (Idaho, USA), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Questions? Email almanacsupport@gmail.com.

What Almanac is

Almanac is a trading journal and record-keeping tool for prop-firm traders. It helps you log trades, track eval and funded accounts, record payouts and expenses, and review your own performance statistics.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use Almanac.
• You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Free trial & subscription

• New accounts start with a 7-day free trial with full access.
• After the trial, the Service is $20/month or $200/year. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, with no cancellation fee.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable — but if something's wrong, email us and we'll be fair about it.
• We may change pricing for future billing periods; we'll give you reasonable notice first.

Acceptable use

Almanac is for your own personal trading records. Don't resell or redistribute it, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, probe its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your data & content

Your journal is yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content so we can provide the Service to you — see the Privacy Policy. You can export your full journal or delete your account at any time.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Almanac is an evolving product (currently in beta); we aim for high reliability but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any feature will remain unchanged.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almanac is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product grows. We'll change the date above and, for material changes, notify you. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
